Here for public consumption is a Giant List of Cope that I developed recently. I've made loads of lists of coping skills, but the thing I like about this one is that it's divided into categories. So if one category is not working, maybe I should try something from another sub-group. (Not my idea, by the way.) Obviously some things from one category could fit into other categories, but I put them where they seemed best for me. There may also be a crafting bias....Feel free to snag/adapt as needed.

omg, blow bubbles. YES. Such a good one. Also sometime I'd love to play with sidewalk chalk with someone.

I sing along to music when I'm really trying to contain my stress. Good coping mechanism; maybe I should make a list of good songs to turn to when I'm stressed so that I stop having that moment of "I AM FEELING BAD BUT ALL THE MUSIC I'M LOOKING AT IS FRUSTRATING ME."

Hm. Lists. Good things.

Thank you for this! It is helpful to adapt.

Thank you for sharing this. ^_^

ps I started writing your letter today! :)

as part of the process, I played with rubber stamps and ink-pads this morning for the first time since at least July 2010. Made some half-assed stationary. It was fun. ^_^
